From the day we submitted the application l, Rogan made the process easy. We encountered some license issues, but Rogan allowed us to keep the finance application open until we were ready, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel unhurried. After making our decision, we traveled to Auckland to check out and pick up the vehicle. We loved the business atmosphere of the place, it was welcoming and the hospitality from the team was incredible. Rogan made the selection process a breeze, we didn't feel pressured into buying just anything. He encouraged us to explore, test drive and take our time before making our final decision. Danielle was also fantastic- very informative and helpful with all the questions we had making the signing process straight forward. Exceptional customer service, both on the day of purchase aswell as follow-up calls. Wonderful at accommodating kids so adults could get things sorted. Amazing selection of vehicles!

Made me comfortable as i awaited paperwork was put in a customers room which included a a smart tv with all the apps,table tennis, also made me a hot drink and provided a biscuit aswell..
