They're not all up in your face like other dealerships I've been to making you feel like you owe them something. Trust Motors were super friendly but gave you that space you needed. Not making you feel like your personal bubble was being invaded. They checked in frequently but not every 5 minutes which was a blessing. 100% rating for best customer service. 100% rating for staff and customer interaction. 100% rating for site and staff presentation and personality. Cruz was the best sales consultant I had dealt with in awhile. Communication was easy, didn't feel forced and understood the assignment ?? made the whole process smooth for someone out of town! Didn't have to think twice whether or not I trusted the lad, he proved there was no need to doubt his method from the get go. Loved it, made the 5 and half hour drive up well worth the trip. Would definitely do another 5 and half hour drive just to deal with Trust Motors again.
