I have problems with the car that re being attended to. But when trying to phone the specific dealership I could only get an 0800 number on the web which brought me to a call centre, that is annoying, I want to talk directly to the people I'm dealing with, I don't want to answer 20 questions before I'm being transferred to the correct dealership.
