Trade-in Process

The service I have had to date has been great and contact has been swift, although I would've thought they should've pointed out the missing led driving light and low battery rather than it being my discovery after purchase, now rendering the vehicle unusable (for days) while repairs are taken out to rectify it. I was not offered trade in or insurance, I went in and said I would like to trade and I would like MBI insurance added as its been invaluable to us in the past.
