Everything was fine customer service and communication in regard to insurance and payment. But after a 2nd day car started to show issues which I have tried to contact dealership by email and have not heard back.

Trade-in Process

Excellent service - I was not planning to sell or buy a car at this first visit. David was my main contact coordinating my trade in and purchase of a vehicle. He offered prompt, practical and useful comments to any queries I had ensuring a seamless handover when I returned to pick up my vehicle on his day off. The whole team made the process effortless from Ricky greeting you at reception, to Bobby who managed my trade-in, to Leanne who provided insurance and financial advice and the team who manage your final payments. Thank you everyone. I will definitely use Turners again and recommend you to friends and family.
