Malcolm and the team were fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They answered all our questions honestly and never pushed us, only offering advice when we asked for it, which we really appreciated. Malcolm kept in touch throughout the process and even followed up after we took the car home, happily helping with all my “new car” questions.
