When a seller is unable to resolve a dispute with a buyer, the team will work with both parties to try and help them reach a resolution. This may include applying our Buyer Protection policy where appropriate.

Our Trust & Safety team work hard to make sure there are no behind-the-scenes issues that could affect your sales – with minimal disruption to your business. They monitor the site for suspicious or fraudulent activity to prevent it from happening in the first place.
