I wanted to trade in but was told not worth anything , due to year and mileage and best to sell for parts and scrap. The radio was Japanese’ and was told it would cost $800 , the car had a dash cam but not sure how to use and was only give a small amount of petrol However Kayuza was excellent in his customer service and really friendly and helpful plus came out to greet us in a friendly manner

Staff were friendly and helpful, except there were 2 concerning and potentially major red flags in my experience dealing with 2 cheap cars: 1: only after I test drove the car and was ready to sign and make payment, I was told about the boot not being able to stay open on its own - not an issue for me, but this should have been mentioned at the start, not hidden until the last moment. 2: i paid via debit card as i was told this is the best and easiest way to make payment, then AFTER the transaction, the staff member told me I had to pay an additional $150 credit card fee, and admitted she had forgotten to warn me about this prior… Personally I think this was a scam, because I was advised to make payment via card, and then forced to pay the fee separately. My only other option was to have her refund my card (which could take 5-7 days), I couldn’t afford to make payment again while waiting for the refund or wait until the refund cleared and they refused to let me take the car without making additional payment, so I had no choice but to pay the fee. Buyers beware!
