Turners Invercargill

When coming into the store I was politely greeted, asked what I was after and a budget. After giving a brief run down I was shown a few options and rather than your typical sales haggling trying to upset you the most expensive car, the team listened and understood what I was after. They then offered me to have a look at the car and let me take my time didn't hover, then offered to let me take it for a test drive. Then hubby came to check it out. They both treated us as equals rather than acting like I didn't know anything about cars. Because of all of this, I was extremly happy with the service the team gave us and how fantastic they all were with communication and helping us find the right car for our family!

I have purchased cars from Turners over the years and had good experiences but this time was a little less impressed, the team were not to forthcoming with key information and didnt make to much effort, the cars cleaning was not great unfortunately and the servicing was not ideal either, the car has had issues since purchased and we are still working through that, rather disappointed overall but I also am trying to be understanding.

this is our 3rd car from Turners Invercargill. Sara makes it easy every time, quick service, happy to see us every time. Sara is a true credit to the business.
