While customer service was ok when we arrived to pick up, car had multiple scratches that were not pointed out. Granted you agreed to fix which I understand why this took a week. Repair job was very poor. Dust in paint and runs. On taking home, coolant light on due to coolant cap open, oil level overfilled, rags left in engine bay. I hoped not to have to re-service car when bought. Attention to detail let you down on both pickups.

The office lady was lovely and friendly the sales man wasn’t too friendly and took all the excitement and buzz out of buying a new car, he also wouldn’t give us an answer about any sort of warranty regarding the car. Once we paid the deposit he then stated it was not refundable, after asking for half the price of the car. This should have been discussed first.!! Will not go back to this car yard again. Very disappointed.
