The hamilton branch was great good service and polite salesman. The manager and salesman at tauranga were an absolute disgrace. We took a car out fir a test drive and it had no gas in it so we got stuck on the motorway. We put a deposit on the car and was told ot would be registered the next day which was Saturday. We had traveled 4 hours from new plymouth and booked accommodation. We received a phone call at 4pm to say they forgot to register the car and we would have to wait until Monday which would mean us paying for another night's accommodation and kennels for our dogs and taking a day off work. Not happy at all!!!
