Although lockdown saw fewer homes hit the market, this hasn’t stopped Kiwis searching. These were the most popular properties in September.

5. Kelburn beauty

This home was snapped up quickly, as soaring house prices hit the Wellington region post lockdown. Perched on a hillside, with steller views, sun-filled gardens, and beautifully renovated – there's no wonder it received 11,000 views on Trade Me and was sold after a short stint on the market.

This sunny home is located in the sought-after Woolston, close to popular schools, parks, and convenient public transport routes. This property was on the market for 2 weeks, racking up 11,000 viewed in that time. The Christchurch property market continues to be highly competitive, with homes in the region being the most viewed on Trade Me in September.

This modest bach in the Marlborough sounds has caught the eye of over 12,000 Kiwis.
