Region changes

Trade Me regions have now been broken into more logical groups - they are pretty much your phone book region. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.
Scheduled outage

We have a scheduled outage on Thursday night for routine maintenance. The outage will be from 11pm till 1am. All auctions scheduled to finish during this window will have 12 hours added to their closing time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
