Today we’re re-launching our Kindness Store to team New Zealand up with the following awesome charities to help Kiwis in need:

• Women’s Refuge
• Age Concern
• City Mission (Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch)
• Salvation Army – The Foodbank Project
• Red Cross
• Variety – the Children’s Charity

We’ve filled the Trade Me Kindness Store with things these great charities need right now to offer support to their communities. All you need to do is purchase one (or more) of the items listed.  More...

COVID-19 update: Trading at alert level 3

Following the Government’s recent announcement that we’ll be moving to alert level 3, there will be some changes to our services.

The safety of our members is still our top priority. All members must follow the Government’s restrictions and our COVID-19 safe trading guidelines.

Homemade face masks now banned

From today, homemade face masks are not able to be sold on Trade Me. This is after Medsafe raised concerns with us about their effectiveness.

We’ve sold our LifeDirect business

We’ve sold our LifeDirect business to LifeDirect 2020 Limited.

What’s changing?

• From today, LifeDirect will be owned and operated by LifeDirect 2020 Limited.
• The business has been sold as a going concern, and service will continue uninterrupted for existing customers.
• We’ve transferred LifeDirect related customer information to LifeDirect 2020 Limited so they can continue to provide great services.
• We've removed references to LifeDirect from our privacy policy, to reflect the change of ownership.
• Customers won’t need to do anything as a result of this change.
