We have recently made changes to the payment instructions email sellers send to buyers.
We now automatically display the following information in every email:
* Include the reference number (12345678) in your deposit details.
* It may take a couple of days for your payment to clear.

We experienced a technical issue between 12 pm and 5:30 pm today that may have caused the site to be slow for some users. We have since isolated this fault and corrected the issue.
