Upcoming privacy policy change
We wanted to let you know about a small change we’ll be making to our privacy policy on 11 May 2018.
We want to give our members more ways to manage their advertising preferences, so we’re adding links to ad opt outs run by the Digital Advertising Alliance and National Advertising Initiative. This should help members have better control over what interest-based advertising they see on-site.

Payment delays over Anzac Day
Due to the upcoming Anzac Day holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Tuesday 24 April will not be processed until Thursday 26 April.
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...
Issues with the Shopping Cart resolved
Email delay fixed
We've recently been made aware of the email delay affecting some members. We've resolved this now, so emails should be arriving as normal.
