Update to our listing policies

Today we made a small update to our listing policies. Sellers listing in the ‘Sports’ category may now only have one listing per identical item.

Payment delays over Waitangi Day

Due to the upcoming Waitangi Day holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Monday 4 February will not be processed until Thursday 7 February.

If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

Introducing: Share your Watchlist

We’ve just rolled out the ability to share your Watchlisted items with anyone, via our desktop site only. Select the items you want to share, then enter the person’s email and we’ll send them through – easy!

You can now use emoji in Q&A

From today, you can use emoji characters to respond to or ask a question on any listing.

This change also allows you to use macrons and characters from other languages within the Q&A section.
