Payment delays over the Christmas holiday

Due to the upcoming Christmas holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Thursday 24 December will not be processed until Tuesday 29 December.

If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

Job Profiles- a small change to our privacy policy

From 18 December, we’re making a small change to our privacy policy.

If you're opted out under our privacy option, your Job Profile can be seen by trusted recruiters if you want it to be, by choosing to have a viewable or limited profile.

We don’t want our members on the job-hunt to have to opt-in to everything covered by our privacy option just to make their Job Profile visible to trusted recruiters.  More...

Help Kiwis in need this Christmas

Today we’re re-launching our Kindness Store just in time for Christmas. This year, we’re teaming New Zealand up with Women’s Refuge, Age Concern and Foster Hope to help make the season a little brighter for some deserving Kiwis.

We’ve filled the Trade Me Kindness Store with things these great charities need right now to offer support to their communities. All you need to do is purchase one (or more) of the items listed. Select, pay, and we’ll get it to your chosen charity for you.
