Payment Delays

Just a quick heads up – ASB are currently carrying out maintenance which means we’re unable to process any payments that our members have made to their accounts.

If you’ve made a payment since your banks cut off time on Thursday night (normally 7pm or 10pm, depending on your bank) there will be a slight delay in crediting this to your account.

All payments should be processed between 2-3pm this afternoon. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


Update: 4:20pm

We have now completed processing today's payments and these should be showing in your account. We apologise for the delay.
