AV auctions and a change to Buy Now

From Monday the 29th of March we will be offering sellers the ability to restrict their auctions to Address Verified members only. Address Verification can offer sellers an added sense of security about the member they will be trading with.

We will also be making the Buy Now feature available right up until the reserve price is met. Previously, as soon as a bid was placed the Buy Now option would disappear.
