Supporting te reo Maori

We’ve taken a couple of small steps towards providing more support for te reo Maori.

We know we’re not perfect, as you may notice with the missing macrons in this announcement – our site technically can’t support them yet. Today’s changes are a small step, but the first of many and we hope you enjoy them.

iOS app updated

Members who have selected te reo Maori as their preferred language, will now see parts of the app have been updated to te reo. We’ll continue building on this over time.

On our homepage this week you’ll see our updated logo, celebrating Maori Language Week which kicks off today.

‘Tauhoko’ highlights the reciprocal nature of buying and selling on Trade Me.
