Purchases issue

There was an issue from 3.10 to 3.50pm today that affected confirmations for some purchases on Trade Me.

This meant that credit card payments processed correctly but some members didn't get a confirmation on their My Trade Me page or emails.

If you've been affected by this issue, you don't need to do anything. We're working on a solution now and we'll be in touch tomorrow with an update.
