Issue with payments

Update

All payments are working as they should.

We know a small number of trades were impacted by today's outage. We're working to contact affected buyers and sellers ASAP.

We're aware of an issue affecting some purchases and account top ups via credit/debit card today. The vast majority of payments are working properly but we're aware some did not go through correctly.

We're investigating and we'll be in touch with any members impacted by this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
