'Book a courier' rates adjustment

Our courier partners are adjusting their rates for packages booked using our 'Book a courier' service. For our most common package types this means an increase of $0.37 or less.
The rate change will be effective from 2pm, Thursday 1 November for all new bookings.
Some common package types that are changing are:
• Fastway very small (non signature) increasing from $2.54 to $2.75
• CourierPost very small (signature) increasing from $2.88 to $3.17
• Fastway small / A5 (signature) increasing from $4.54 to $4.91
• CourierPost small / A5 (signature) increasing from $3.60 to $3.78
