Buyer Protection policy updated

As we announced on 15 November, today we’re making some small changes to the Buyer Protection policy. Along with some small wording adjustments, the main changes are:

• ‘Faulty goods' will be explicitly covered by the Buyer Protection policy.

• When a buyer claims an item isn't as described, then they are now responsible for showing that they have returned the goods to the seller via tracked delivery (or something similar).

• Goods requiring installation (such as phone screens, screen protectors, etc) will not be covered by the Buyer Protection policy, where the seller has stated that the good must be installed by a professional, and the buyer has not engaged a professional to perform the installation.
