Secondhand Dealers Act

On April 1 2005, a new Secondhand Dealers Act comes into force. The purpose of the new Act is to reduce trade in stolen goods and ensure non-Internet traders in particular, keep better records.
Only a very small number of professional Trade Me traders will be affected.
