We experienced some intermittent technical difficulties between 5:57 pm and 6:01 pm which caused Trade Me to be unavailable.
The problem has now been resolved and we apologise for the disruption.
10:55am: Technical Problem this Morning
We experienced some intermittent technical difficulties between 10:05 am and 10:25 am which affected Trade Me’s availability for some members.
The problem has now been fixed and we apologise for any inconvenience.
List your property for longer
We have extended the maximum listing duration of properties from 42 to 56 days. This reflects the average time it takes to sell and will make it easier to maintain your listing. The minimum duration has also increased from 7 to 21 days.
There is no change to the listing duration of rental properties.
New Code of Conduct
We have updated our Code of Conduct, which sets clear behavioural guidelines for buyers and sellers.
The guidelines include responding to emails within two working days, paying for goods within a week of the auction closing, and shipping goods within a week of payment.
