Problems with Xtra
Trade Me customers are currently having trouble accessing us through Xtra due to problems on their network. We have escalated the problem through their technical support lines and will keep you posted on progress. If you have another ISP, we recommend you try that - you should have no speed problems.
Changes to Premium Fees
We have updated the premium listing fees on Trade Me. Bold listings now cost $0.95, featured listings now cost $2.95 and gallery listings cost $0.95. You can buy the full bundle - gallery, bold and featured for $3.85. Happy Trading.
Buying and Selling by Region
We have just made it a whole lot easier to browse auctions by region. Have a look at the new options that are available on the categories and listing pages. Your default region is set when you login and will continue to turn up as your preferred option. If you click 'other' and change your preferred region, Trade Me will remember this as your default. Buying and Selling locally just got a whole lot easier. Enjoy.
Problem with online credit card payments
On Saturday we experienced a problem with our online credit card payments. All our credit card processing is done through a secure server which is run by another company. Unfortunately the problem on Saturday was a problem with their server and was beyond our control.
Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. This problem has now been solved and you will be able to process your payment through the online system.
