We have been experiencing some problems with users being logged out regularly. The problem has our full attention and is being worked on. We will let you know any updates on the announcement board. Please bear with us.
Major re-launch
We have released our new categories and sell process. There are a lot of new features, the highlights include:
General enhancements
- Multi level categories to allow more scope for growth
- You can load up 3 photos per auction
- Enlarged photos on auction page, photos brought to the top of the page
- Higher quality photos (less compression)
- Quick bid section on auctions, allows bid without scrolling
- 'You lead' will show at top of auction for the winning bidder
- Auctions are 'saved' during the sell process. You can start the process, and complete it the following day
- Your payment preferences are stored and don't need to be entered every time you list an auction
- You can make a payment during the sell process
- Homepage featured auctions, promote yourself!
- 10 day auctions, gather more bids
- Search for a seller from the search box on the left of the site
- Search Trade Me help
- Sell your car on Trade Me by auction or classified
- Free relists for cars, no auction success fees
- Search for cars by year, price and make

Planned Outage
There will be an outage tonight (Tuesday) from 11:30pm. Trade Me will be back first thing tomorrow morning for you early-birds.
We are upgrading our category structure.
All auctions due to close between 11:25pm and 5am will be extended by 12 hours. More...
Support email response time
Due to sickness in the Trade Me support office, we are presently short staffed. Therefore, it may take a little longer for us to reply to your support emails - please bear with us we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ISP performance issues (update)
We have been advised (and can see) that from 10:30 the problem has been rectified and that all Auckland traffic is no longer being diverted.
