Scheduled Maintenance
Trade Me may be unavailable on Thursday 28th June between 5:00 am and 5:15 am for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions that are due to close between 5:00 am and 6:00 am will be extended by 1 hour.

Auctions Not Closing Properly
We experienced an issue overnight that resulted in auctions remaining in the “Closing…” status. The problem occurred between 9:30 pm last night and 6:00 am this morning. This also resulted in end of auction emails being delayed. We have resolved the issue and all auctions are now closing correctly.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Changes to motors success fees & promotional fees
There will be changes to some promotional fees and motors success fees, effective from midnight tonight 18 June 2007.

Queen's Birthday - Payments Delay
Unfortunately due to bank closures over the Queen's Birthday holiday there will be a delay in Internet or phone banking payments appearing on your Trade Me account.
Payments made between 7pm 1 June and Tuesday 5 June will not be processed until Wednesday 6 June.
Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately it is beyond our control. We hope you enjoy the long weekend.
