
Relist notification emails (update)
We originally released this feature a few days ago, but had to temporarily disable it due to a technical issue.
We've now resolved the issue and re-enabled this feature, which allows you to receive an email when an item on your Watchlist has been relisted. Previously, you’d only receive these emails for items you had placed a bid on.
If you don’t want to receive these relist notifications, you can turn them off in your Email Options.
Christmas payment delay
Due to bank closures over Christmas there will be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone and internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, please be aware that payments made after 10pm Thursday 24th December will not be processed until Wednesday 30th December.

Changes to neutral and negative feedback
Over 50,000 members have neutral or negative feedback left by other members who have since been permanently banned from Trade Me. We don’t believe feedback from banned members should count, so we have removed it from all affected memberships and will continue to do so. This will not affect any positive feedback. New sort orders in search results
We’ve revised some of the sort order options available for search results. For example, you can now order your results by the lowest or highest Buy Now price, and we’ve renamed the ‘Hot’ sort option to ‘Most bids’ to more clearly communicate what it does.
You can change the sort order using the drop-down menu above your search results.
