Watchlist button on the move
Last month we made some changes to our auction and classified pages, including shifting the ‘Save to Watchlist’ button to a different position.
The button wasn’t as easy to spot in its new location so, based on your feedback, we’ve moved it back above the seller and shipping details.
Sell identical items
Have you sold some hand-knitted socks, and now you have 10 more identical pairs to sell?
‘Quick Relist’ is now ‘Sell Identical Items’ under Sold Items, and you can quickly list identical items as many times as you like.
2:40pm: Text Me outage
There’s currently an issue affecting the delivery and receipt of text messages. Unfortunately this issue is completely out of our control.
We are in contact with our SMS provider and closely monitoring the situation. All going well, things should be back to normal soon.
Easter Pay Now payment delay
Oops! Due to a processing error, sellers registered for Pay Now did not receive their payments for the Easter holiday period last night. The payments will be deposited tomorrow and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Site Outage
I’m sure you noticed the site outage? One of our database servers died which meant we lost the site between 7:45pm and 8:25pm.
We extended all auctions by 2 hours that were due to close while the site was down or due to close in the hour after we came back. We’re really sorry for this and will do everything we can to prevent it happening again.
