Category changes
We have made a number of category changes across the site. If your item was listed in any of the categories that have been removed, you will be prompted to choose a different category when relisting. All of the other auction details including your photo will be carried over. If you have any feedback, please use the "contact us" link.
Credit card payments problem
There have been some problems with the NZ credit card processing network this morning between 6 am and 9 am which caused some credit card transactions to be declined.
If your credit card was declined please try again.
Changes to the feedback page
After reading all the feedback comments, we've decided to make a change to the recent feedback change. We now only display the sale price on feedback for sold listings that have closed in the last 60 days.
Sale price will not be displayed on your feedback page if you purchased the item.
This ensures our original goal is still met, that is, that buyers can easily see the value of a seller’s previous sales and make an informed buying decision; but should reduce the perceived invasion of privacy.
Category sell through rates for September
Our Community page (the site stats section) now includes the sell through rates for all categories for the month of September.
The sell through rate is the proportion of auctions that close successfully.
Improvement to the feedback page
We now display the sale price on feedback for listings that have closed in the last 60 days.
This is to enable you to easily assess the value of the transactions a trader has successfully completed in the past.
