Auction close emails
Between 7.10pm to 9.40pm a number of auctions were delayed in closing due to an internal problem. This has now been resolved. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this delay.
5pm: Technical problem this afternoon
Trade Me was unavailable to some users between 4:38pm and 4:54pm this afternoon due to a network issue between some ISPs. This was outside our immediate control.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and are working on solutions to prevent the problem from happening again.
2:45 pm: Technical problem this afternoon
Trade Me was unavailable between 2:15 pm and 2:35 pm this afternoon due to a network problem. We have extended all auctions due to close between now and 3:00 pm by 30 minutes while we ensure the problem has been completely resolved.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and will do all we can to prevent the problem from happening again.
Credit card payments - update
We experienced some intermittent problems with our credit card payment gateway between Friday the 26th of August and Monday 29th of August. The problems have now been resolved.
