We experienced some site issues this morning between 10:45 and 11:30. Some users will have experienced intermittent problems accessing the site. We apologise for the inconvenience.

SafeTrader now supports direct credit

SafeTrader can now make payments by direct credit as well as cheque. This change will get payment to the seller faster - eliminating postal and cheque clearing delays.

Trade Me fee changes

Trade Me - > Xtra mail update ... (7.30pm)

We have been working with Xtra in regards to the mail delays that have been experienced by some Trade Me members who have their mail hosted through Xtra. You should now see an improvement.

Email delivery problems

Xtra appear to be experiencing technical difficulties with email delivery. Emails are being sent by Trade Me as per normal.

If you are an Xtra customer and continue to have problems receiving email you may wish to contact the Xtra helpline.
