Removal of "eBooks"
Effective today, Trade Me will no longer permit the sale of eBooks or electronically distributed written material.
eBooks have been added to our list of prohibited goods due to the high volume of complaints from the community and in an effort to prevent the sale of copyright infringing items.
If you are a seller of eBooks - please do not list or re-list these items. Future eBook listings will be deemed a breach of our terms and conditions. More...
Intermittent service on Trade Me
3:00 pm - We are currently experiencing technical difficulties, which we expect to have fixed by 6 pm. Until then, the site may be unavailable for short periods. All auctions that are due to close before 6 pm have been extended by three hours.

Buy Now change and new AV only auctions
We have released the new changes to the Buy Now feature. The Buy Now option will be available right up until the reserve price is met.
Sellers can also now restrict their auctions to Address Verified members only.
Scheduled outage Wednesday morning
There will be a scheduled outage from approximately 5:30 am to 6:00 am on Wednesday the 7th of April. All affected auctions will be extended by one hour.
Free gallery for Real Estate listings
It is now free to add 'gallery' photos to your Real Estate listings (previously 95c).
Adding multiple photos to Real Estate listings is also free of charge.
