
CourierPost rates adjustment
CourierPost have advised us that they will be adjusting their rates for packages booked using our 'Book a courier' service.
The rate change will be effective from 1pm, Monday 2 July for all new bookings.

An update to our Stores terms and conditions
On 3 July 2018, we'll be making some minor changes to our Stores terms and conditions.
These will include small adjustments to the eligibility criteria, and a clarification that contact information can't be included in Store branding.
Changes to our privacy policies
From June 27 Trade Me will have one privacy policy on our new privacy policy page. We currently have 12 different privacy policies across our different services. These policies are for:

Customer Support availability changes
From 2 June 2018, our Customer Support team will be available between 6am and midnight, 7 days a week, and will no longer be in the office 24/7.
We're making this change so more of us can be there to help when it's needed most.
We'll be updating the site over the next week to reflect this change, and if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
Payment delays over Queen’s Birthday weekend
Due to the upcoming Queen’s Birthday holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Friday 1 June will not be processed until Wednesday 6 June.
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...
