Payment delays over Waitangi Day

Due to the upcoming Waitangi Day holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.

If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Monday 5 February will not be processed until Thursday 8 February.

If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

An update to our terms and conditions

As we announced on 9 January, today we’re making a minor update to our terms and conditions.

This change clarifies our ability to offer discounts on our success fees (as we did in our Labour weekend promotion), and acknowledges that certain conditions may apply to these discounts.
