Changes to our log in page
From today, you might notice our log in page looks a little different. We’ve made some back-end changes to make things more secure, and have given it a re-design while we're at it.
It will be rolled out to 1% of members today, and will be live to everyone in the coming weeks.
Update to our ‘Contact us’ page
We’re updating our 'Contact us’ page to make it easier and faster for you to get help if you need it. It means your questions get to the right people, with the right info.
This is live in our Help footer now, and in the next few days we’ll roll this out everywhere else.
If you have any feedback about this change, let us know via contactusfeedback@trademe.co.nz.

In the coming weeks we’ll also remove the ability to top up your Trade Me account over the phone and by cheque, as we focus on more secure payment options. More...
