Book a courier - Fastway rates adjustment

Fastway have advised us that they will be adjusting their rates for packages booked using our Book a courier service. The rate change will be effective 2pm on Monday 2nd September for all new bookings.

The rate adjustments reflect a 5% increase across all Fastway products including, but not limited to:

• Very small / DLE bags (non signature) increasing from $2.75 to $2.89
• Very small / DLE bags (signature required) increasing from $3.77 to $3.96
• Any box size, local delivery (signature required) increasing from $5.32 to $5.59
• The rural surcharge increasing from $5.30 to $5.58

Issues with Customer Service emails - resolved

Ping, Pay Now and Afterpay terms updated

As we announced on 14 June, we've made a minor change to the Ping, Pay Now and Afterpay terms and conditions.

This change clarifies that we may dispose of goods that have been returned to us under Buyer Protection, where we've been unable to return those goods to a seller within 90 days.

This doesn't reduce or affect the seller's obligation to repay any amount that we've refunded to the buyer on their behalf.

On 28 June, we'll be making a minor change to the Ping, Pay Now and Afterpay terms and conditions.
