Scheduled outage: Afterpay
Afterpay will be updating their services between 4:30 am and 5:30 am, Wednesday 5 June.
During that time you won't be able to use Afterpay as a payment option for any purchases on Trade Me.
Payment delays over Queen’s Birthday weekend
Due to the upcoming Queen’s Birthday holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Friday 31 May will not be processed until Wednesday 5 June.
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...

As we announced on 29 April 2019, today we are banning the sale of golliwogs and jolly money boxes.
Listing these items will no longer be allowed.

Golliwogs and jolly money boxes banned on Trade Me
Today we’re announcing that from 13 May 2019, golliwogs and jolly money boxes will be banned for sale on Trade Me.
We periodically look at how we can tweak or improve our policies and we have made the decision to ban the sale of these items as they have been identified as symbols of racial hate.
