Tweaks to the T&Cs
We’ve updated clauses 3.6 and 5.2(d) of our terms and conditions.
These changes relate to the information we make available through our API, and how we manage recovering debts from member accounts that have fallen into the red.
Updated 10:20pm: Scheduled Maintenance
UPDATE: The maintenance scheduled for 2am tomorrow will no longer be taking place. Trade Me will be available as normal. Sorry for the false alarm.
Trade Me is going to be unavailable between 2am and 5am tomorrow morning for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions that are due to close between 2am and 6am will be extended by four hours.

We delivered our first ever financial results as a publicly listed company today, for the 6 months to 31 December 2011.

Christchurch remembrance: site down for 2 minutes
Trade Me will observe two minutes of silence from 12:51pm to 12:53pm today out of respect for those affected by the Christchurch earthquake a year ago. Our thoughts are with you.
As a result, we will be offline between 12:51pm and 12:53pm this afternoon. Please note that all auctions due to close between 12:45pm and 1:00pm will be extended by 30 minutes.
