Payment delays - Anzac Day

Written by Shanin in General at 1:16pm, Mon 23 Apr 2012

Anzac Day is coming up on Wednesday, so we wanted to let you know there will be payment delays if you use internet or phone banking to top up your Trade Me account. If your payment is made after 8pm on Tuesday 24 April, it won’t arrive in your Trade Me account until Friday 27 April.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but that is how the banks roll. We hope you all have a great Anzac Day.

Payment Delays

Written by Jenny in General at 6:43am, Sat 14 Apr 2012

Just a quick heads up – ASB are currently carrying out maintenance which means we’re unable to process any payments that our members have made to their accounts.

If you’ve made a payment since your banks cut off time on Thursday night (normally 7pm or 10pm, depending on your bank) there will be a slight delay in crediting this to your account.

All payments should be processed between 2-3pm this afternoon. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment delays over Easter

Written by Shanin in General at 3:46pm, Tue 3 Apr 2012

The banks shut up shop over the Easter break, which means some payments to Trade Me accounts will be processed a little later than usual.

If you pay via phone or internet banking after 8pm on Thursday 5th April, your payment will not be processed to your account until Wednesday 11th of April.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but that is how the banks roll on public holidays. We hope you all have great long weekend, and a happy and safe Easter!
