Trade Me's 12 Days of Christmas

Written by Paul in General at 4:13pm, Fri 10 Dec 2010

If you haven't yet spotted Trade Me's 12 Days of Christmas, you should check it out. It's an idea to help spread the Christmas cheer, have a bit of fun, and do a little something to help with the earthquake rebuilding effort down in Canterbury.

It involves a bunch of great companies from around the country each donating something cool for 12 special one-day, $1 reserve auctions running from 9-20 December. Just like the old Twelve Days of Christmas carol, each day the package up for grabs will increase by one item.

Several Trade Me members are also running Pike River auctions with proceeds heading the way of the Trust, so we will be helping them out with fees and so on where appropriate too.

Trade Me has also made a donation to the Trust - and we'd encourage you to do the same. As well as the Trust's main site, there is also an official Facebook page to visit. More...

Written by Shona in General at 11:38am, Mon 29 Nov 2010

We just wanted to let you know that we experienced a technical glitch this morning with our quick relist option for general auctions. A fee of $14 was showing (but was not charged) when ‘quick relist’ was selected. This has been fixed and the correct fees will now display.

We’re sorry for any hassles this may have caused.
