Changes to the Top Seller programme
Starting 31 August 2009, Pay Now transactions will incur a fee of 0.95% for Top Sellers. This is due to the increasing bank fees we’ve incurred as Pay Now has become more popular.
For all other sellers, Pay Now transactions remain at 1.95% of the total purchase price.

Wine on Trade Me
We now allow the purchase of wine from approved sellers.
Buyers must be over 18, hold a valid Visa or MasterCard (debit and prepaid cards are not accepted), and meet all of the required conditions.

Support for 022 and 028 mobiles
You can now use an 022 (2degrees) or 028 (Black + White) mobile number to sign up for Text Me, for your membership details, or in listings where we allow contact information.
Easier access to browse pages
Based on community feedback, we've changed the browse dropdown to include quick access to our special browse pages: $1 reserve, Hot, Closing soon, Latest and Stores. We've also restored the link to Latest listings on the homepage, underneath the Cars, Real estate and Jobs boxes.
Note: The browse dropdown is the little arrow next to the Browse tab at the top of the site. Clicking this arrow gives you a shortcut to all of our categories and special browse pages from wherever you are on the site.
Advertisement issues resolved
We have resolved the issue that caused advertisements to appear incorrectly for some members. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
