This morning we released our new and improved online help. We've made it much easier for you to find the information you are looking for.
Scheduled maintenance
We will be undertaking some maintenance on photos between approximately 5:00 am and 5:30 am on Friday the 3rd of June. During this period the site may be unavailable or some photos may not show.
All auctions closing between 5:00 am and 6:00 am have been extended by one hour. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Trade Me will be unavailable from approximately 6:00 am to 7:00 am on Thursday the 2nd of June for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions closing between 6:00 am and 8:00 am will be extended by two hours.

Trade Me will be down for urgent maintenance today for approximately 10 minutes at 4:15 pm. All affected auctions will be extended.

Problems with auctions closing
Unfortunately this afternoon we have experienced some problems with auctions closing. Closed auctions are still appearing on your Watchlist and on the list of items you are selling.
These auctions have closed and no further bids are able to be placed. However, the information regarding the closed listings and details of the winning bidder or seller are unavailable.
Our technical team are working on this and hope to have these auctions available as soon as possible. More...
