Trade Me will be unavailable from approximately 6:00 am to 6:30 am on Thursday the 23rd of June for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions closing between 6:00 am and 7:00 am will be extended by one hour.

Category changes
Today we have added a few new categories and removed some categories which had little to no listings in them. If your item was listed in any of the categories that have been removed, you will be prompted to reselect a category when re-listing. All of the other auction details will be carried over as per normal, including your photo.If you have any feedback, please use the "contact us" link.
Watchlist Photos
Today we have reinstated photos on your watchlist. This feature was temporarily removed while our photo servers were upgraded.
11:30 am: Problems with Xtra/Telecom
We understand that Telecom are having some technical difficulties that may affect members who use Xtra or associated ISPs.
If you are currently having problems we recommend you contact your ISP’s helpdesk.
New Trade Me Property!
Today we launch Trade Me Property which replaces the Real Estate category. There are lots of changes, including:
- Up to 20 photos per listing
- A better property search
- Listings for both agents and private vendors
- Improved search results format with larger photos
