We have received a number of complaints about fraudulent "phishing" emails. Some of these emails are titled "Your Trade Me Bid was Cancelled !!!". Do not click on the link in this email.

9:25 pm: Internet problems - update
Our ISP is currently experiencing some technical issues. Service has been restored to most users, however there may still be some intermittent problems. They hope to resolve these very shortly.

Credit card payment problems
We have been experiencing some intermittent problems with our credit card payment gateway. If your payment is declined please try again shortly.

Internet problems
Our ISP had some technical issues between approximately 2:15 pm and 4:45 pm this afternoon. Some users may have experienced intermittent problems reaching Trade Me during this period.
