Trade Me will be down for maintenance from 6:00 pm today for approximately 20 minutes.

All auctions that have a closing time between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm will be extended by 30 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Technical problems tonight

We experienced some technical difficulties tonight between approximately 9:20 pm and 9:55 pm, in particular with the seller’s listings page for each member. This problem has now been fixed.

Secondhand Dealers Act

On April 1 2005, a new Secondhand Dealers Act comes into force. The purpose of the new Act is to reduce trade in stolen goods and ensure non-Internet traders in particular, keep better records.

Only a very small number of professional Trade Me traders will be affected.
