Scheduled outage Thursday morning

There will be a scheduled outage from 4:30 am to 5:30 am on Thursday the 12th of February. All affected auctions will be extended to close at approximately 7:00 am.

Auto-extend reduced to 2 minutes

Auto-extend has been reduced to 2 minutes from midday on Monday the 2nd of February.

This means if a seller has selected for an auction to auto-extend, the auction will extend by 2 minutes if bids are placed in the last 2 minutes.

Change to "My Current Listings" page

On your "My Current Listings" page you can now see how many unanswered questions you have on each of your auctions.

New Virus

There is a new virus circulating the Internet. Please make sure your virus software is up to date. To do this you should visit your virus support website and download any updates (for example http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.novarg.a@mm.html). You can also read about the virus and what to do if your computer gets it.

Remember to always follow good email practice:

  • Don’t open email from people you don’t know
  • Don’t open attachments unless you know what they are and who they are from

    • Auto-extend will be reduced to 2 minutes

    As a result of our recent poll, auto-extend will be reduced to 2 minutes from midday on Monday the 2nd of February.
